1SPARC Pro Player Hardware Terms

Annual Subscription Hardware Offer

Customers who subscribe to an annual (12-month) SPARC plan are eligible to receive one (1) SPARC Pro Player device per account at no additional cost for the duration of their subscription.

  • Customers who commit to a 5-year subscription agreement will retain ownership of the SPARC Pro Player at the conclusion of their term.
  • Customers on 12-month subscriptions must return the device at the end of their subscription period, or may choose to purchase the device at the current retail price.
  • Devices not returned within 30 days of subscription end will be charged at replacement value.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged.

Additional Modules: Advanced Analytics, AI Smart Schedule, Automation Engine, XR/3D Sync, and more are available as platform add-ons. See the Product Roadmap section for planned release timelines.

4Subscription Plans & Billing

Subscription Tiers

SPARC is available in three subscription tiers, each designed for different deployment scales and feature requirements:

  • LITE

    Core digital signage capabilities for teams getting started with professional screen management. Up to 10 screens. From $46 AUD/screen/month.

  • Pro

    Advanced features including enhanced analytics, automation capabilities, and expanded device management for growing networks. Up to 25 screens. From $46 AUD/screen/month.

  • Enterprise

    Full platform capabilities including SSO, advanced RBAC, workspace isolation, dedicated support, and custom SLAs for large-scale deployments with 25+ screens. Pricing on application.

Free Trial

LITE and Pro plans include a 7-day free trial with full access to tier features. No credit card is required to start your trial.

  • Your trial begins when you create your account and activate your first workspace.
  • You will receive a reminder before your trial ends. If you choose not to subscribe, your account will be paused — no charges will be applied.
  • Content and configuration created during the trial are preserved when you convert to a paid subscription.

Camera Analysis Add-On

The optional Camera Analysis module (AI vision for audience measurement) includes a 14-day free trial per workspace. After the trial, the add-on is billed as part of your subscription.

Billing & Contract Terms

  • LITE and Pro plans are available on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment, or on an annual basis.
  • Annual billing is available at a discounted rate for customers who prefer upfront payment.
  • Enterprise plans require a 12-month initial term. Renewal terms and pricing are agreed upon during onboarding.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.

5General Terms

5.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SPARC platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

5.2 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

5.3 Subscription & Payment

SPARC operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our Service:

  • You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

5.4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, display, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

5.5 Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to SPARC. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its software, design, graphics, and documentation, is owned by SPARC Systems and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our express written permission.

5.6 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

5.7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPARC Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5.8 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SPARC Systems, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

5.9 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Upon your request to close your account

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

5.10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

5.11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
