SPARC is 100% Australian-owned and hosted on AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). We price in AUD so Australian customers have full budget certainty — no exchange rate surprises at billing time. OnSign TV, for example, charges in USD, which means your monthly bill fluctuates with the exchange rate. SPARC's AUD pricing is fixed and predictable.
Do I need a credit card to start my free trial?
No. Starter and Pro trials are 14 days with full access to all tier features. No credit card is required to start. You'll receive a reminder before your trial ends — if you don't subscribe, your account is simply paused. No charges are applied.
How do screen limits work?
Starter supports up to 20 screens. Pro has no screen cap — you pay per active screen. If you're on Starter and need more than 20 screens, upgrade to Pro at any time from your dashboard. Your content, settings, and connected screens carry over instantly.
What's the difference between account add-ons and per-screen modules?
Account add-ons (like Menu Boards, AI Assistant, Kiosk Builder) are billed once per workspace regardless of screen count — they unlock a capability for your whole account. Per-screen modules (like AI Analytics, IoT Control, Occupancy Awareness) are billed per screen because they do real processing work on each individual screen. A 5-screen café and a 200-screen aged care network use Menu Boards the same way, so it's flat. But AI Analytics is processing data on every screen — so it scales per screen.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro?
Yes, upgrade at any time from your SPARC dashboard. Content, settings, and connected screens carry over instantly.
What does Enterprise pricing look like?
Enterprise pricing is agreed on application based on your screen count, deployment requirements, SLA needs, and contract term. Enterprise plans include a 12-month initial term and all power modules are included at no extra charge.
