Three categories — mini PCs, commercial all-in-ones, and existing hardware.
Compact, fanless or near-silent mini PCs that sit behind a display. Purpose-built for always-on operation. The most popular Windows option for commercial digital signage.
Windows built directly into the display. One power cable, no external device clutter. Enterprise-grade for customer-facing or high-traffic installations.
SPARC runs in any Chromium-based browser. If you already have a PC connected to a display, open Chrome or Edge, navigate to the player URL, and pair it. No installation required.
No installation required. Browser-based player — up in under 2 minutes.
SPARC's browser player works in any Chromium-based browser. Open Chrome 90+ or Microsoft Edge 90+ on the Windows machine connected to your display.
Go to player.mysparc.app in the browser. The page displays a 6-character pairing code — this is your screen's identifier. Set the browser to full screen (F11) to hide the browser UI.
Log into mysparc.app, go to Screens > Add Screen, and enter the pairing code. Give the screen a name and location. It activates within 30 seconds.
For dedicated signage players, use Windows Kiosk Mode (Settings > Accounts > Family & Other Users > Set up a kiosk) to restrict the machine to Chrome only. This prevents accidental interaction and ensures auto-restart after reboots.
Windows players are fully compatible with enterprise IT management — domain join, Group Policy, Intune, SCCM, and any MDM solution. SPARC's Enterprise plan includes SAML SSO so staff can authenticate without a separate SPARC password. For large Windows deployments, contact us to discuss automated provisioning via our API.
Enterprise featuresSet the display sleep timer to 'Never' in Windows Power & Sleep settings for 24/7 operation.
Use Windows Task Scheduler to auto-launch Chrome at startup with player.mysparc.app in kiosk mode (--kiosk flag).
Wired Ethernet is strongly recommended for Windows players, especially for video walls or synchronised content.
Enable Windows Update active hours to schedule reboots outside display hours (e.g., 2am–5am).
For video walls, use Intel NUCs with dedicated DisplayPort output and ensure all units are on the same switch.
